I think God must have been in a really bad mood that he came up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent hours working on this algebra problem which relates to evaluate algebraic expressions using decimals and I still can’t solve it. I’m particularly having problems with mixed numbers, simplifying expressions and radical equations. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

You can try out Algebrator. This software literally helps you solve questions in algebra very fast. You can plug in the questions and this program will go through it with you step by step so you can understand easily as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also take a look and see how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your evaluate algebraic expressions using decimals can be solved faster here.

I am a student turned tutor; I give classes to junior school children. Along with the regular mode of teaching , I use Algebrator to solve examples practically in front of the learners .

I remember having problems with graphing inequalities, rational expressions and roots. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
